Longhorn Cavern State Park is located on Park Road 4 approximately 5 miles west of the
intersection of PR4 and Hwy 281 (about 5 miles south of Burnet).

Saturday Oct. 11
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Downtown Burnet on Jackson Street between Vanderveer and Boundary Streets.
Access from Hwy 281 - turn east on Jackson St 2 blocks south of Hwy 29
Access from Hwy 29 - turn south on Vanderveer 3 blocks east of Hwy 281

5 to 7 p.m.
Juried art from the Western Heritage Art Competion is available for
viewing (and purchase) by the public

Location: Vintage house on the southwest corner of Jackson and Boundary Streets

Friday, Oct. 10

Opening night gala at Longhorn Cavern State Park
7 to 11 p.m.

Western entertainment, food (Cowboy Chow) and wine - all in the special ambience of
Longhorn Cavern. This is a ticketed event ($30 per person). Advance reservations can be made
by calling 1-512-756-1800 or email to bcaf@vtrc.com.

During the day the juried art show entries will be open for public viewing and purchase
between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Jackson and Boundary Streets. The Children’s art exhibit from their completion will also be available for viewing at this location.

Saturday, Oct. 11
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Downtown Burnet on Jackson between Vanderveer and Boundary Streets.

Start the morning with a cowboy breakfast. During the day shop with our vendors, enjoy live
entertainment, visit the art exhibits and shop our downtown business district.
