I hereby acknowledge this entry(s) to be solely my work of original concept. In the event that my entry(s) is accepted and I have agreed to enter the exhibition, I understand the original work must be received by October 8, 2008 and removed from the premises by October 12, 2008. Only the juried entry(s) will be accepted for the exhibit. All works must be for sale. I agree to pay the Burnet Cultural Arts Association a 25% commission on all sales of artwork for the duration of the exhibition. I agree to abide by the rules as set forth by the Burnet Cultural Arts Association as well as the laws of the State of Texas, Burnet County, and the Ordinances of the City of Burnet. Furthermore, I hereby RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE the Burnet Cultural Arts Association from any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damage, theft, injury or accident. Sending a work of art to this exhibition shall imply an agreement on the part of the sender to the conditions set forth herein.
